Whether you are looking to implement a new Performance Appraisal system or require a review of your existing Performance Management arrangements, SBC HR will be able to provide you with a practical, hands on approach.

As a team of HR professionals, we are able to design and implement a Performance Appraisal System that best meets your requirements as a business. We do not offer a one size fits all package and we recognise that what works well in each company is very different, which is why we will work with you to develop a system that is 'fit for purpose' and maximises the performance of your employees and therefore your business.

In order to deliver the best solution for you, we will:

* Gain a full understanding of your business requirements. What are your drivers for implementing the system, and what do you want to achieve.

* Gather feedback from key stakeholders on current or previous systems. This can be gained via group discussions, employee forums, 1:1 discussions, or via on-line surveys.

* Once we are clear on what you hope to achieve and what is most important to your organisation, we will design a system for your review.

* When the new system is agreed we will work with you to effectively implement the revised Appraisal process, and this would usually include providing training to all Appraisers.

* We believe that it is important to provide the skills and knowledge to all staff in order to get the most from an appraisal system, therefore we would design and develop a training workshop for all Appraisees.

* We will develop all materials on your behalf, including Performance Appraisal Forms, Self Appraisal Forms (if appropriate), Appraisers Guide Book and Appraisees Guide .
